Dr. Ralph Brackert - CEO (Co-Founder)
Born and raised in Miami Florida, Dr. Brackert received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, just one half mile from his home. He later received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA where he met Co-Founder, Mr. Chris Furgis.
Before co-founding Baseline Data Systems in 1990, Dr. Brackert spent three years with PairGain Technologies where he was integral in the management of development of PairGain's key product, HDSL technology. HDSL is currently used in all T-1 services and is the foundation of the Internet today.
Chris Furgis - President and COO (Co-Founder)
Mr. Furgis was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He received his Industrial and Mechanical Engineering degrees from the University of Utah, just 5 minutes from his home. In 1985 he received a Masters Degree of Business Administration in Finance from UCLA.
Prior to co-founding Baseline Data Systems, Mr. Furgis was an Account Executive for IBM. At IBM, Mr. Furgis managed the sales process, design, and implementation of integrated computer systems for the Aerospace industry.
